I am looking for someone to fill the role of customer service executives with a competitive salary.
As a customer service executive you’ll be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their very need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the contact centre at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
Customer service executive’s within Speedy, ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints. You will liaise with all parts of Speedy to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded. You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customers are happy.
To be successful as a customer service executive within Speedy you will need;

– Excellent organisation and time management
– Strong customer focus
– Ability to adapt to new situations
– A desire to learn and expand product knowledge
– Confident to complete outbound sales activity
– Personality and drive to sell our products
